Urrr-? 102 or hicap first?

Upgrading from 32.5 to a 102/hicap, but which first. What can I expect from the 102 for the first few months without a Hicap, will the 32.5/hicap match or exceed a bare 102? The rest of the system is a 3.5/flatcap/160

I suspect the Hi-Cap first ,then play around to see which PSU to use on Source and Pre.

Get the Hi-Cap first. It will make a BIG difference to the 32.5. Also, make sure that you leave the Flat-Cap on the 3.5, and use the better power supply on the pre-amp.

Your next step should be a CDX, not a 102. After that, the 102 makes more sense (with the NAPSC, of course).
