Buying a new computer

64 bits software is future anyway, but using a 32 bits soft on such machine gives no problems.
I don't know the softs you use, but i see a good possibility in new Apple products:

The machine is new.
You keep your monitor, keyboard and mouse eventually using a cheap adaptor to plug them in.
Take a look.

Mac uses a kind of unix language which is different than dos.
Viruses spread in the net using dos and, at the moment, i've no news about a virus written for mac machines because the mac os simply doesn't let any kind of program to start working without your permission.
Including a virus.
Anyway just reffer to Apple site or a local dealer for more detailed informations.
The "mini" is a G4 processor based machine and they say it runs like hell!

Computer is the robbery of the century!
It's like the internet: the kind of technology we're using today was already "new" a ten years ago, but you pay adsl as the ultimate wonder!
Computer processors are old in the same moment they announce the latest model to come out and memory's sticks have the same market fluctuation as oil.
In the group of people i know i'm the only one who took aout money for a windows o.s.
Still wondering why.................
