I was unaware of this album until this post, and will be interested to hear what it's like. I've ordered it from Amazon marketplace for £5.37 - can't say fairer than that!

Thanks for the tip.

Good to hear, Ive been waiting for it to come out as I had heard that Fagen was working on a new album.

On this site you can download all the tracks, sounds great to me - so just ordered my copy.

Thanks Webke;

That looks like an excellent source of 'Dan' stuff and outtakes.

I stuck the radio program onto my ipod a while ago. Is the cd exactly as the radio show?

Just having the three live dan tracks are worth the admission fee alone, but a couple of extra's would have been nice....

I heard that Todd Rundgren had been working with Fagan. I also heard that Carol Beyer-Sager (Mrs Burt Bacherach) had written some material with him also. Fagan was booking studio time and using a number of session musicians in New York during the autumn of 2004 the last I heard.

Any new leads?? (I always get this way with any up and coming new Fagan/steely dan releases!!!)

Finally got my mitts on this (HMV£13) after being given the runaround by Amazon. First impressions, pretty disappointing. The tunes have a demo type feel and there is only three original Dan songs, some Duke Ellington and lots of chat. Oh well, it might be a grower, you can't make your mind up after one play. I'm sure hard core Dan freaks will buy it regardless.
