Naiming and Thanking
Posted by: Mr Underhill on 21 March 2003
Having just had my 32.5, hicap and 250 serviced, and a whole plethora of questions answered in an efficient and friendly way I asked Sheila who I should send a thank you note to, and she said........everybody!
Well, this is the nearest I can get.
So, a big thankyou to Sheila, Mark and the rest of the support team.
The cost of the service, plus a nice new black snaic was very reasonable....and everything is warming up nicely.
Please keep up the excellent work.
Martin.

I had my 32.5 / hicap / 250 serviced in October last year and it sounded great from the word go.
Today, 6 months later, it sounds fantastic. I have just been listening to some soft jazz on a local radio station and its hard to believe that this superb sound is coming from kit that is 15 yrs old.
Enjoy it.
Regards
Mick

I registered my new 202/200 online on a Sunday. On Thusday I got a letter signed personally by Mr Paul Stephenson in my letter box half way across the globe in Singapore.
A small gesture perhaps but I was pleasantly surprised.
Thanks to everybody at Naim.

Hi Mick,
I've owned this gear, all bought 2nd hand, since 1985. The 250's serial no is 20xx.
I bought an AV2 a couple of months ago, and listening to it's pre-amp section made me think that I'd never had the 32.5 or the Hi-Cap serviced.
I then realised that the 250 hadn't been back for about 10 years!
I really like the sound of the chrome bumper kit - and was up into the early hours listening to everything from Sinatra to Mozart, from Deep Purple to Brubeck. Not to mention Forrest Gump!
