Telephone system for small office

I have 2 lines - fax and phone. I don't think this is worth getting a PABX system for but I would like the functionality of a more advanced phone mainly:

have it go into to answer-machine mode after a set number of rings

have answer mode at lunch and after hours with a different message for these hours.

perhaps transfer to another phone but not really necessary in these days of dects

the kind of functionality in fact that most mobiles have


do any of you have or know of such a thing?
