XTC live in Swindon

Well OK, not actually the whole group, but Dave Gregory (the guitar behind the post-1979 band) had a new combo (Tin Spirits) playing last Friday - you'd have loved them. In addition to half a dozen XTC songs, they majored on early 70s prog in spectacular fashion. Their version of King Crimson's Red was fairly mind-blowing, and what great musicians. But just the sight and sound of Mr Gregory's Rickenbacker guitar on 'Mayor of Simpleton' has made my musical 2010.

(n.b. please ignore the ambigious title to this thread - yes, XTC do live in Swindon...)
