In a bid to speed things up each player is provided with the latest satellite navigation technology. They are then requested to program in to the SatNav boxes a route from Liverpool St. to Mornington Crescent which takes account of Montecute’s Secondary Station Ruling.
I have just listened to the Sunday 12th June (replay?) and the satnav assisted Mornington Crescent was one of the best things I've laughed at in ages

Dear Mr Mandela
The whole show was terrifyingly funny.
I have been listening to isihac since childhood and it has been (apart from some christmas specials) consistently fresh - while totally the same.

I've got it! This thread is really a message from MI5 to one of its operatives. That makes some sense to me.

I've grown up with Humph et al too.
The funniest single thing I think I have ever heard was Willie Rushton singing "My Old Man's a Dustman" to the tune of "Girl from Ipanema". I've got it on tape somewhere, alhough even the memory makes me smile.
The Listen again feature on the BBC site is a godsend...

Tivoli have finally (or soon) come up with a DAB version.
When I was self-employed computer drudge I yearned for the alternative of digital Radio ? (Radio 4 re-runs) whenever Womans Hour made continued listening impossible.

Ahhh, penny drops. Abbrev. confsing. Didn't have a clue until I looked at the www.
Have heard it many a time on the national radio myself here in the colonies.
