Just a few records. Big Grin That is a pretty high price, however, I do not expect he'll get it. We'll see.

He may not get his $120,000 but I bet he gets a whole load of mails from people wanting to buy chunks of it. Pretty cheap advertising - it's only going to have cost a few pounds for the listing fee.

It's a good thing it's all classical. I'd have been half wondering whether to sell the house by now otherwise.

I think he's fantasising about that price. For a start any serious buyer is going to want to go through the collection with a fine toothcomb before parting with (any) money. Water damage? Hmmm. Private pressings? Not really. Good luck to him though. Even if he had, say, 1000 of the most valuable EMI and Deccas, at an average of £50 each (there aren't many worth over £100) that's less than half his asked-for price. And they'd need to be mint.
