just wondering anyone tried this 4 speaker spikes glued to 10mm mdf sounds improved no end under cd 3.5 made one for my flatcap as well.just realised sold the b+w floorstanders but kept the spikes, thats where they came from

Yup, I know what you're talkin' about.
I also had some (6mm) spikes left and also a MDF board, which used to be a Mission Isoplat once
It's now under my CDX doing a great job.
