I run Logitech Transporter and Foobar/HiFac/WASAPI through nDAC. Transporter plays louder. Both Transporter and Foobar have digital volume at max.
I suspect I miss some settings in Foobar/WASAPI. Please, help!

I contend that the USB input on the nDAC is louder than spdif.......

I found it!
I had HDCD decoder activated. Some time ago I was converting HDCD files into 24 bit and then forgot to deactivate HDCD.
What is strange is that if the file is not HDCD then decoder just reduces the volume for 3 dB.
Absolutely ridiculous and base behavior!
