I am afraid I must be very stupid at business or maths, or both.
A company that makes 48 cars in 2008, and loses $35m in the process, pays $74m (cash) to buy a company that loses $412m in the same time.
And their share price jumps on the news?
I wish them well. Alchemy exists after all.
