n-Cent or Axess for n-Vi

Posted by: DaveSmith on 29 December 2005

Hi

Not sure if n-Vi's are around yet and people have tried them, but I'll probably buy one this year! I am wondering if the Axess is an overkill or too much for the n-Vi to drive. This is to integrate into my main NAIM system by the way...

Cheers

Dave.

The n-Vi isn't out just yet, probably another month or two. Both the Axess and n-Cent will match your Credos reasonably well. However, the Axess is the better speaker and isn't too difficult to drive. I haven't actually tried the Axess with the n-Vi but I can't imagine it's a step too far for the n-Vi.

Hi there,

I want to get the Axess to match the SBL's, I was waited and waited for NAIM to come up with a centre and sub. When I ran of patience, I got the Linn Trikan and REL Strata III. Then NAIM announced the release of AXESS and N-Sub.

I am using NAP 90.3 to drive the Linn Trikan at the moment and another 90.3 to drive the Intro as rear. Will 90.3 is good enough to drive the AXESS? As Centre speaker is very important for movie, it should have dramatic improvement for the AV system.

Happy New Year BTW.

cheers
Mart
