Any news on Beatles vinyl releases?

Hi folks.

Patiently I wait, and I wait. Any news on any vinyl Beatles re-releases? I'm sitting here, reclined on my chair, the "One" compilation on the Linn, a cosy fire, dim lighting and a nice glass of Talisker as company. In this romantic setting (just me and Mac, plus the fab four) I'm struck by how much better the "One" compilation on vinyl sounds over the CD releases, and in some ways over the couple of MFSL Beatles LPs I have.

So, does anyone know whether the rest of the Beatles' back catalogue is likely to get this fine treatment and find itself available on nicely virgin vinyl?

Anyone?

John, Mac and Talisker... hic!

I've not heard any rumours. Depressingly, I imagine it might depend on how the likes of Robbie Williams are selling.

Judging by the release schedule of Anthology 3 (late 1996), One (late 2000) and Let it be - naked (late 2003), my crystal ball says the remastered back catalogue will be released in batches starting with Please Please Me - Beatles For Sale coming out November 2006.
