Doves - Kingdom of Rust

Has anyone heard this yet? Stunning - a real contender for album of the year, and Doves' best album yet (and all the others are very good). I've got the CD but I've also ordered the double vinyl Big Grin

Top album. Best song for me is 'Compulsion'. They are a consistently brilliant band.

If it comes close to that I'll be very happy (great album)! Saw Doves live in Warrington Parr Hall their first gig for years and apart from loving hearing them play the old classics I was very impressed with the new material which bodes well for the album. CDWow here I come...

No irony for a group formed in 1998, "the old classics" indeed.

Unlike the Rolling Stones, now there is a proper old group Roll Eyes
