Converting American Steel Section sizes to European.

Does anyone know where I can find information on converting American designated steel section sizes to European. I am currently pricing up a project using drawings from America. The steel section sizes called up are unfamiliar. ie Beams are designated W10*49 etc. I need to convert this to Europen specifications for pricing purposes. Ideally I,m looking for something which lists all the different types ie Beams, Channels, Box sections, Angles etc.
