Is it possible to control foobar via linux?

Recently acquired a Nokia N900 but as I'm a linux noob I need help being pointed in the right direction to see if its possible to control foobar (running on a 64bit xp server) to my uniti, similar to the iphone remote app plugin

The phone itself automagically connects and streams from the server with no problems which is great for around the house, but it would be nice to have full control while in bed without squinting at the little green screen at the other end of the room.

Plan B is to just vnc into the server directly but thats a bit kludgy.

Is it not possible to use the Nokia Media Streamer software as a UPnP Control point? Certainly you could with the N800. This should allow the Nokia to select tracks that are then played on your Naim Unity / Uniqute.

Linn have a documents about using the N800 with the DS players which may help you with configuration (here -- http://docs.linn.co.uk/wiki/im...a_N800_13,06,08_.pdf)
