Off the top of my head:

Doug, Richard, Jason and Adam from Naim HQ: Mick Parry, Seagull, Simply Grim, JonR, Chillkram, JN, John Toon, Mike B ( IIRC - bought my 52? ), HungryHalibut, Don Atkinson, Polarbear, NickL, Andrew Randle... sure there are more, and more to meet at the BBQ...

Only Paul Stephenson and that was in a Galaxy far, far away....in a Marriott Hotel near Aberdeen airport actually. It was however a one night stand and he will have long forgotten it! Of course it made a huge impression on me! Winker

Thanks Denis, mystery solved.

I looked back at some of his posts it should have been obvious!

I have indeed met Gary Shaw on several occasions, we've even visited each other's houses!

I met lot at Munch's do fifteen odd months ago, and I am patiently waiting till all of them at the do they say they have met me. I will tot them up and make a comprehansive post! I will only offend those left out, so I will leave those only met that day, and remembered, out for now.

Well that's me done! Only kidding. The trouble is that I met faces which should have been and were not bound for all time to Forum characters!

Other than that day, I have met, JN, JonR, Geoff P, Frank F, Jono3, Peter Swain, Norman Solomon, Munch, Julian H, Steve S, Roger Poll [at Cymbiosis two summers ago], Voltaire, Tristram, and will probably have offended a few others with this pathetic show of failing memory!

Wrong Dave and not much of a legend the last time I checked. Does this mean I have to give back the NAP500 I won in the contest though?

Do you have any photos Jim?
If so, correctly deploy them & a fantastic Naim 'goodie bag' has got to be forthcoming. Winker

Ahh that's a shame, dave - you're still a (forum) legend though, IMHO! Smile

Oh dear...maybe the Old Man of the forum.

Paul S. started a Naim message board on Compuserve with a membership consisting of me, Malcolm Steward and one other chap whose name escapes me. This was months before the first Naim forum or company website. I'm a legendary old fart maybe;-)

Bloody hell - I haven't heard the name "Compuserve" in years Eek

Oops, sorry Mike, I forgot about you. You're right though, finishing the day for the Tom Tom 'lock in' is the highlight of the show.

I'd start a Katie Melua thread, but I'm not sure I could keep a straight face :-)

Hi to JohnM and family, just about a year age we met, in San Francisco, and he was generous enough to invite us to his home on the other side of the bay.
