Which headphone amp?

I have a cd 3.5, Nait 3 and B&W CDM1SE's.
I'm after a good headphone amp to partner my HD570 headphones. I don't really want to spend over £200 so I've shortlisted these:
Rega Ear £118
Musical Fidelity X-Cans £130
Creek OBH-11 £129, £149 with better psu, £199 valve version with better psu.
I'd like the sonic excellence I've come to expect from my Naim system or as near as damn it. Any advise greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.
