Anyone rejected a new car after a few months use?

Hi.
About 5 months ago I got a new Toyota Aygo and in that time it's continually suffered from a leaking problem when parked in heavy rain. They are just about to take the car back for repair for the third time but if it still leaks after this I'm going to pursue rejecting the car.
Anyone got any advice?
