Alternative for the HDX

I've seen this on a Hifi Show.

It's a combination of a NAS and a media player.
In my opinion, because it has a digital out, it can be connected to the DAC and is a cheaper alternative then a MAC-mini
The retail price is 320 euro, without HDD.
