I hope I'm the only one who discovered this the hard way. Anyway, I was impressed by the last ten minutes...

No sadly I fell into that trap too. It was the extra time that threw me. Great last 10 minutes though.

Hey guys this is where Sky Plus comes in handy with the series link ticked, you won't be caught out by times.

Anyway it's repeated on BBC3 on Sunday at 7.15pm

Thanks, Clive.
Not sure if I can get to watch BBC3 then but I'll try.

Hope that the standard of the first episode is maintained here in OZ.
Or will we get the sanitised version.
It replaced Monarch of The Glen last night so that was a relief.
So here is Sat night Lineup. How does it match up with yours,

The Doctor
The Bill
Very Little Britain
Parkinson
Who says wer'e in bed with the yanks.
Incidentally when Parky eventually draws stumps let Dame Edna take the reins, sheer unadulterated mayhem.

Latest news today Billie Piper will also be leaving the series Frown

Ms Piper seems to have been produced/directed etc to perform her part well IMO - her departure will be a loss, but we are used to changes in this series.

In view of societal fiddling with training/roles, I wonder if Dr Who might be replaced by Nurse Whom.

The episode at the weekend was proper Dr Who IMHO. It finished on a cliff-hanger, my 9-year old spent much of the show cowering under his blanket and had nightmares about it later!

I've never been an authority on Dr. Who so what's the Bad Wolf thing all about? I know there have been references all through this series but does it go back further than that? I can't wait for the final episode and it looks like we're going to see Davros in some shape or form.

What a delight it's been so see some TV SF that's just a bit different from the norm.

This really is a superb series with some great acting, story-lines and running gags. The 'Big Ears' crack against Chris Eccleston last week was a good example.

He makes it for me, and I may well lose interest as and when David Tennant takes over the title role.

Well done to the Beeb.

John.

Yeah, this has been one of the most cleverly written, funny and entertaining programmes in the last few years. Christopher Eccleston was born to play the part and Billie Piper has been a revalation.
Can't wait for the conclusion of the dalek two-parter on Saturday.

This series, we've found that the Doctor seems to have made some worrying mistakes - e.g. the one that led to the circumstances of last episode, so my first guess is that Bad Wolf is the Doctor himself. My second guess is that it's The Master - on the grounds that he had a Tardis, too, which might explain the "Bad Wolf" Grafitti on the Doctor's Tardis.

I hope not - I hated Davros, even though he was very well acted, partly because his existence demoted the Daleks to a robot-like status. But who else could it be (apart from The Master or Captain Jack)?

The voice at the end of last week's trailer sounded very like Davros and not like the master. He'd be the logical choice.

As far as I know, the Bad Wolf thing is unique to this series. I very much liked the way the pulled things together last week, and it sets up nicely for them to kill the doctor.

Tam

There's place in Ilford Essex just off of the Cranbrook Road called the Drive, where many many years afore one night when returning from a cub-scout evening at a local St Andrews Kirk a bloody big copper walked out of the Tardis on the corner with a corned beef & HP sauce sandwich hanging out of his north & Saaf (I knew this because he gave me the other one).

Fritz Von Dr Who was never quite the same after that, mind you it is actually true about the inside of them, bigger than Wembley Arena it were, honnist Smile
