visiting Prague

Thinking about booking a short break away with my Wife and without kids (assuming I can persuade the parents in law to do the baby sitting duties). We've both always fancied seeing Prague in the spring. Can anyone recommend areas we should be looking to stay in or near, the only name I recognise trawling through the web sites is Wenceslas Sq.
Even better if there's a hotel or good booking site anyone could recommend that would be much appreciated. Happy to pay GBP100-ish per room per night, but would begrudge a lot more than this.
Finally any 'must see' sights?
