Quad ESL 63

Hello to all,

Has anyone tried using a Quad ESL 63 with a Naim amp, NAP140 in particular. I have a friend who has one and I'm trying to convince him to sell it to me. But, unfortunately or fortunately, he is still not giving it up. So, do you think it is worth while to pursue this speakers?

With a NAIT 1, there is nothing that can come close to what these 57s can do...

Close. I ran the 57s with a Nait 2. Source at the time was an LP12, Valhalla, Ittok and Supex MC900 with Ortofon T-20 step-up transformer.

It was a rather good system I regretfully "upgraded" later.
