You want the one with the fastest refresh rate;
16ms is a minimum, but some now do 8ms, or even 4ms;
If your graphics card is up to it, X800XL or faster, then look at a 20" TFT which will do 1600 x 1200 native resolution.
Whichever screen you get, do run it at native resolution, normally 1280 x 1024 for 19"

Got an overclocked X800GT, but 20" are quite a bit more hence the 19".

don't believe anything to do with refresh rates - they're about as meaningful as most amp power ratings.
I've got an older Iiyama 19" with a claimed refresh rate of 25ms and it's fine for playing games or watching movies. As with everything the best advice is to get a demo.
