Plug types?

After recently upgrading to brand new 135s on unpluging my 72/140 hi cap i noticed that two of the plugs are crabtree and one is marked MK.
Is there any difference in quality or is this an older type of plug?

There are limits and you have reached it. Its a bloody plug, stick it in the wall and put some music on.

Don't polish them either you will look an utter twat to anyone who may happen upon you.

What is all this business about crabtrees and MKs all of the sudden?

These terms are new to me. What are they?

Are these plug terms applicable only for 240v/UK?

Its a bloody plug the only details that need addressing is that it needs to fit in a socket.
