Can the above Naim combo drive the Electa Amator reasonably well?
Music tastes includes pop-rock, jazz and vocals.
Thanks.

I tried a 92R/90.3 with Sonus Faber Concertinos and I'd have to say it really didn't have enough grunt for them and in particular not with pop-rock. I'm not sure how the Electa Amators compare but I suspect you'd need considerably better amplification for them.

Thanks for the inputs. I am actually asking on behalf of my friend who doesn't log into this forum.
What would you think would be the minimum Naim combo that can make the EAs show its mettle?
The speakers are actually located in a small corner in the living room (size of 25ft X 25 ft)partitioned by some small cabinets.

I would sell the Electas if Naim is desired ... IMHO, I don't think they blend well with Naim ... particularly for pop and rock. He might be disappointed with Naim, as he's heard them with other more suitable speakers.

My friend uses a Gyrodec SE (with SME V tonearm)with the upgraded power supply, so I guess his source should be fine.
After talking to him yesterday, he sort of gave up the idea of switching to Naim until he is comfortable in spending more $$$.

Heard the Concertos with 112/150 and they sounded really flat. Not a good match at all and much more grunt than a 90 I would think - good hunting.
