I hope that with all the money the government needs to pay back - digital take over of radio will not happen!

There's no income to government that will fall to be generated by the switchover so, in the current climate that's half the battle won. Then there's the cost side. I can't claim to know enough about that but on the little I do know I suspect the cost overall isn't prohibitive. Whether that means it remains attractive I will leave to others.
