£50.00 for a naim!!!

Looking at ebay.co.uk and found lots of Naim for £50. CDX2, 300/300PS, 250.2 and more...
Funny thing, it seems that the seller lives in USA, but the items are located in London.
This MUST be another ebay scam...

You best ignore Ebay if you can't tell the difference between a scammer and genuine sell. I have complained several times but Ebay does not care one toss to stop such activity, it just throws some meaningless crap message back at you to observe its rules and guidlines. Bottom line is Ebay should be closed-down, it encourages fraudulent trading.

They're quick to pull an honest item though if it in anyway suggests PayPal is a rip-off monopoly yet. Two auctions of mine got pulled recently for stating "Sorry I do not take PayPal due to their excessive charges to me".
As you say a lot of the criminal listings just get left on to completion despite people like us reporting them.

Hmmm..
Mailed the seller and was told to pay via Western Union Money Transfer. He claims that he is not able to pick up the payment until AFTER I have received the player!
(Hmm..then I take one Cdx2 and one 300/300PS - joking....)
Best Regards

I always look around ebay. Used to be alot of scammers selling B&W, but they've seem to come around to naim items as well.
Not sure if scams or not, but I have seem many CDX-2 up for auction as of late.
