First order from HMV. Other Cool CD's unavailable in US?

Just ordered Tom Waits "Jukebox". Expensive to ship but worthwhile for fans like me and my brother in law, and a cool Christmas gift for him since he would never spring for overseas shipping even though he is a big fan.

I am curious about other CD's which are available from HMV but unavailable from Amazon, or available both places but with superior and distinctive sound and/or packaging from HMV (the "UK version"), and which would be worth ordering. This thread might be a great resource for Christmas gifts for stateside music lovers.
