Definitely Cappello for me after listening to Martin Keown say on the BBC at lunchtime that there might be a problem with him in that he is seen as being arrogant and the senior players might not like it!!! Appoint him now, ship out the players who think their opinions matter one jot and let's start with players young enough to qualify for Euro 2012. (We won't be going to world cup 2010 anyway.)
