202 vs 102

Hi,
This topic has probably been done before, but I was not able to find it by searching the forum. Could somebody please point me in the right direction or even better share your experiences on the subjet.
Right now I have an Nait5, which I'm vary happy with. Unfortunately the old upgraditis is back. I'm now considering buing either 202/150 (or 200) or go for 102/140 (180) in either case I will probably go for a NAPSC from the start and add a Hi-Cap later.
Is there a massive difference in sound quality between the 102/202 and 180/200?
Before the Nait5 I had a Nait2 and I thought this move was a huge upgrade.
