MC Transformers - Ortofon vs Audio Note

Any opinions about the Ortofon SPU-100 and how it compares to the Audio Note AN-S3?

Is the SPU-100 a good match for a Helikon?
Ortofon recommends a cart between 0.2 - 0.4 mV output but I think the Helikon has an output of 0.5mV
