'Everyman's an Island'

This track on Jah Wobble's Rising Above Bedlam on vinyl sounds awful in certain parts-like there is a ton of fluff on the needle. After putting up with it for years I bought a second copy which is, otherwise, near mint. The problem is that the same parts of the track still sound awful. Is it me, is it the track or does anyone know if there was a duff batch pressed and I have lucked out twice? Not that important so if you are doing anything better don't let me delay you. Thanks.
