In my view that's a sideways step. For a real improvement you'd be better off going for a 140 which has much greater power and clarity.

Try to audition a 110 as well, it is a very capable little power amp and some people prefer the sound over the 140 (and it's cheaper).

If your Nait 3 is powerful enough for your speakers I believe a flatcap or a hicap is a better solution.
