Hicap - what differences?

Hi

What sonic differences are there, if any, between the olive, chrome bumper and new hicaps?

Hi Richard

FWIW; the new casework and feet are supposed to improve performance/sound quality.

The power switch has also been improved.

Having said that; a Hi-Cap of any age will give a great performance as long as it's been properly serviced by Naim within the last five to eight years.

Thanks for the info guys.

I have CD5/112/150/FC2/Stageline and want to get a Headline but not enough power!!
So I need a Hicap and just trying to figure out how much I need to spend.

Of course the next question will be where to put the Hicap :-)
