Warning about a rogue Ebay dealer - POPSALUTE

In June last year I paid POPSALUTE $238 to pre-order a collectible figure, at that time due for shipment sometime after mid-July to beginning August. This figure’s delivery date eventually slipped to the beginning of 2006. Well here we are at the end of March 2006, almost 3 months after it was available, and I’ve not received it although I was told by them that it had been shipped early January. Not only that but the dealer (POPSALUTE) ignores my emails. Worse still Paypal refuse to do anything about it as it’s more than 45 days since I paid (although I'm not done there yet).

So:

1. Don’t touch POPSALUTE with a barge pole as they’re thieves.

2. Be wary of buying on pre-order from Ebay as Paypal don’t provide adequate payment protection.
