Missing parts on Springsteen Mini-LP?

Of the 2 BS mini-LP discs I bought today, Born in the USA has the mini lyrics & inner sleeve. The Wild and the Innocent only has the mini anti static type sleeve. Does anyone else have this disc and were the other parts there?
