Easter Dinner

Mrs. Naimdropper made a feast with a nice baked ham, asparagus with toasted hazelnuts, fruit salad and a nice lemony desert.
Sunny skies, warm temperatures, flowers and trees in bloom. My mom was able to join us and it made for a lovely day.
Ah, spring.

Menu at our house today consisted of: Cream of broccoli soup.

Whole salmon stuffed with herbs, seasoning and lemon juice. Served with asparagus and aioli, baton carrots, chorizo mashed potato.

Strawberry pavlova.

Lots of wine shared with my Mum & Dad, two of my sisters, their husbands. Not partaking of the alcohol were their four young boys, my two, the older cousins.

Top day, glad you enjoyed yours.
