CD3.5 to NAC32.5 connection

Hello folks. I have just got a used CD3.5 to go into my 32.5/snaps/160/kans. As it came with a DIN-DIN lead the only DIN port on the pre available is the tuner. This should be ok shouldn't it?
I do have the straight through boards on Phono2 (phono1 has BNC's / K boards for my LP12) but these have phono sockets. Should I expect a better sound if I got a DIN-phono lead and put it in phono2? I'm not thinking of anything exotic - chord chrysalis possibly? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Your help and advice is much appreciated!

I also have a 3.5 going into a 32.5.
Use the grey din to din that came with the player and use the tuner input. Remove all internal boards that are not being used.
No need for different cables, the Naim one is good, although it certainly doesn't look much! Get it around the right way though, with the black ring/collar at the CD end.
