Ive always love Vaughan Williams Tallis Fantasia

I have about 4 versions and by this I mean orchestras and conductors
Bernard Haitink Adrian Boult Neville Marriner and Malcolm Sargent
I always seem to come back to the Sargent one as even with tape hiss on the cd the timing seems just right
This was also the first version I heard many years ago classics for pleasure have a lot to answer for and I wonder if this is my reason for likening it
any thoughts
