cdm 9 pro (cdi transport)

Can anybody tell me how this transport can go on?
Anyone had some problem with it?

I had the CDi CD player for nearly ten years and it NEVER missed a beat.

Naim, I believe, now have replacement part(s) if it does ever need servicing and/or the transport replacing.

Computers are supposed to work on 1's and 0's - in other words "Yes" or "No" - why does mine frequently say "Maybe"?......
