Can anybody give me any good email addresses/ dealers etc where I could buy secondhand NAIM gear and either have it shipped abroad or get a friend to collect it and hand carry it to Vietnam for me.

Or you can call Naim dealers in South East Asia e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong or better still Thailand.
I'm sure they would have the odd s/h or ex-dem equipment you are looking for.
