Embarrassing music from the past

About a month ago I saw Joe Jackson play here in Toronto, and his warm-up act was "Mary Lee's Corvette". I learned that the leader of this ensemble, Mary Lee Kortes, wrote a song for Amy Grant's album Unguarded. Back in the 80's I listened to this album a whole bunch. Although I could use the excuse that my girlfriend of the time was really into it, I have to admit that I really thought it was well done. So I listened to a few samples from it, and just cringed.
This reminded me of a few other albums that I really enjoyed at the time. Another one was Sheena Easton's You Could Have Been with Me. When I listened to the samples from this one, I couldn't stop laughing. The backing vocals are especially precious.
So what embarrassing musical skeletons do you have in your closet, or are you too upset to admit it?
BTW, one album that I thought might belong to this group, but turns out (IMO) has stood the test of time, is Missing Person's Rhyme & Reason. Although it's definitely timestamped in the 80's, it's still a great listen. Now I have to get myself another copy, as my original was on cassette.
