"Glasnost and perestroika"

Hi all,
I could name a lot of reasons for getting familiar with Naim. A few examples are: quality and continuity in production on one side or openness and reliability in customers´ support on the other side. But during this extended period of change I missed the usual sensitivity of moderators when interacting with us, curious clients. This seemed quite strange, sometimes even frustrating to me.
So, dear administratiors, thanks for all those characteristics I used to enjoy so far and please preserve the old, valuable style of communication for the future, even if the style of the products and the website will be new!
Regards
Christian
