If you're really lucky, you may get to see it again! That lesion is a sebaceous cyst and will recur - sebaceous cysts need to be taken out intact.

I had one removed intact, and they are really ugly little things without being broken and sat in a sample container. Just horrible.

That is a truly horrible bit of video, to be honest I would advise people just avoid it, it is not that interesting, and you wonder at the mentality of those who shot it.

Pretty ucky! Still, the cinematography was a puss point I suppose.

Just speculating on what would have happened if they had allowed it to solidify and then squeezed it out - one could imagine a form of WMD effect as it ripped out of the flesh and possibly damaging the extractor in the face.
