Oh Roger,

Why oh why oh why did you stop making your MDE valves? There's nothing to compare to them on the market. To use less brass? You stopped making them before the new valves came out! It cost me a small fortune last year sourcing the last pillar valves and manifold.

If you only knew.

Unfortunately, count, cost was the primary reason we ceased production of that particular model of manifold. The majority of divers are not as discerning as you and are convinced by price rather than quality. As a conseqence we lost business to cheaper and inferior foreign imports. However, this year we celebrate our 50 years in the sub aqua business and are producing a new range of manifolds which will be competively priced but retain the quality that MDE are known for.
