Larry,
thank you - I have this one as well. I'm a fan of the Blind Boys for quite a while now. Did you ever get to see them live? I will try to once I move back to the States.
Cheers ... Oliver

Oliver,

not yet, would love to though.

Cheers,

Larry

Going off him now. Loved some of his earlier songwriting but just can't get into him at this moment.

By the way keep an eye on the post the next couple of weeks.

This is my first Gorka and only one of his albums I have found in town. I cannot remember which album Davohorn played me but thought I would give it a go. Quite liked it.

I'll be checking the post. Only 5 days for stuff to reach Oz.

Thanks

Mozart's Marriage of Figaro - René Jacobs

From Gramophone:

"One of the most dynamic period-instrument conductors in Europe, René Jacobs, is also, thankfully, one of the most prolific in the studios. How splendid then, that Gramophone's current Record Label of the Year is carrying the torch for recorded opera with a superb new Figaro. With Simon Keenlyside and Véronique Gens heading the cast, this set captures some of today's finest singers."
