Nnnnnnnnnoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To quote Beck "turn that shit off man, put the other record on".

Jono (not what you might call a fan of Queen)

You don't need to be a Queen fan to love this record. One of the best sounding MFSLs IMHO. Tracks 2&3 on full volume - the bass is a killer queen. Winker

Cheers ... Oliver

I would only ever play this one in the car and each time I do I thoroughly enjoy it, especially cruising on a sunny day.

You should try In My Tribe the album before Blind Man's. Another excellent copy. Oh and make sure you get the original version with Cat Stevens- Peace Train on it. It was pulled later due to Natalie not being happy with soemthing or another. Can't remember why.

A long way into your arms
A long, long looking forward
Through a straining eye

Furtwangler and the BPO playing Brahms 1, a wonderful reading, the tension in the opening bars is something else.

Dear Tam,

It is something isn't it! The VPO performance from the same foortnight is possibly even more splendid!

I'll have to listen to that next.

Actually, I have realised I already own the BPO reading on a box set, but I have someone in mind to pass the disc on to.
