There're are some videos on the Tube.
I have splitting thoughts about him: the pop star and the guy that can seriously play a guitar.
What's your thought Jeff?

I have become a fan and a completist with JM. I got hooked on "Any Given Thursday" (live pop-era) which showed his stellar guitar playing. I was privileged to see him with Pino and Steve J in the trio format on Sept 8, 2005 - amazing display of musicianship by all three. I have all his albums now and like Trio "Try" and band "Continuum" best so far - but I expect that to change on July 1 when we get the release of the new one here in the states. The longer I listen the less the "pop" matters and the skills come to the fore. He continues to evolve, I look forward to anything he does.
Hope you are well, Gian, and the orbiting (sanding) has subsided.
best regards

Haydn's Surprise Sympony, Number 94 in G, has just sounded out here with great pleasure.
Unalloyed joi de vivre!
Davies, Concertgebouw [Amsterdam] on Philips. Still the best IMO!
