Brecker's entrance, ten minutes in on track one is a thing of beauty.

Ok now spinning. Waiting with eager anticipation for the 10 minute mark.

By the way some good recognition for ECM.

Manfred Eicher is voted Producer of the Year and ECM Records is Label of the Year 2008 in the DownBeat Critics Poll: this double-win is announced in the August issue of the US jazz magazine, which includes full results of their 56th Annual International Critics Poll.

Good news that a US jazz mag is recognising a European label like this.

Hi Lontano

It is best to buy it direct from Muffin Music and you can have Martha and Mark sign it - if you haven't already got it then This Is The Ice Age is the definitive MatM elpee; in fact it is among the greatest records ever made.

MatM will bring out a new record later this year called Delicate - the group are mixing it this autumn with producer David Bottrill. Should be good.
